Great Goddesses Life lessons from myths and monstersGined and beautifully illustrated step into an ancient world transformed by modern feminist magic 'I Goddesses Life lessons from myths PDFEPUB or watch Girl become Goddess and the metamorphosis ismagnificent than anything I have ever known'. It's hard to review a book like this It is something different poetic impressions rather than the usual mythological tales the Greek pantheon gets It's a shame though the title doesn't reflect this as I was hoping for a broader representation of goddesses Especially those that people are currently following in daily practised devotion which in the Greek arena is limited There is nothing from Paganism Aesir or Vanir Hinduism odd from a British Indian poet Middle or Far Eastern goddesses It would have been nice to have picked up on some of the poetry for deeper devotional work The Greek pantheon in the main seems to have been taken over by psychologists with endless interpretations so at least this book gives a different expression to that pantheon even if just a page or two of poetry The pen & ink illustrations are very nice too
