Ebook ´ An Introduction for Scientists and Engineers ä Karl Johan Åström
This book provides an introduction to the mathematics needed to model analyze and design feedback systems It is an ideal textbook for undergraduate and graduate students and is indispensable for researchers seeking a self contained reference on control theory Unlike most books on the subject Feedback Systems develops transfer functions through the exponential response of a system and is accessible across a range of disciplines that utilize feedback in physical biological information and economic systemsKarl Åström and Richard Murray use techniues from physic In my opinion this book is a bit missing it's target It is too heavy and formal to be a good introduction but not comprehensive enough to be a proper reference textbook It focuses mainly on state space representation which is good in a way because it is broadly used in modern control but is to me less intuitive than transfer functionsIf you're really looking for an introductory book to feedback and control I would rather recommand you schaum's outline feedback control systems It is much cheaper and easier to read It is focused on classical control and less much less on state space representation but it gives you a better feeling

Feedback Systems An Introduction for Scientists and EngineersS computer science and operations research to introduce control oriented modeling They begin with state space tools for analysis and design including stability of solutions Lyapunov functions reachability state feedback observability and estimators The matrix exponential plays a central role in the analysis of linear control systems allowing a concise development of many of the key concepts for this class of models Åström and Murray then develop and explain tools in the freuency domain including transfer functions Nyuist analysis PID control freuency domain Troppe cose date per scontate e troppi disegni e ragìonamenti su cose banali che poco possono interessare ad uno studente ho dubbi anche per l'uso che ne possa fare un ingegnere visto che la modellizzazione mi pare una chimera per uesto libro per non parlare degli argomenti che un testo introduttivo dovrebbe introdurre proprio perche' si presenta come introduzione Trasformata di Laplace'con proprietà nemmeno a parlarne schemi a blocchi non vengono trattati bode spiegato come se si avesse un professore svogliato ecc Sconsigliato per imparare dubbio per la vera utilitá visto che uello che é presente lo si trova su fonti gratuitamente e descritto meglio E non venitemi a dire che é un introduzione perche' non per uesto deve lasciare il nulla in testa e alleggerire il portafogli
