I bought this book as a gift for my mum for christmas and really loved it when it first arrived it was absolutely beautiful However today when I tried to remove the price sticker so that I could wrap it I found that the sticker was so well stuck on that when I tried to peel it away it took a chunk of the cover with it This has left a rather nasty rip in the covering of the hardback back cover and I no longer think that I can give it as a gift Again the content of the book is beautifully written and the book itself is very well presented but I really really wish that it hadn't come with a sticker attached

Great item for anyone interested in books or in Bowie as both are well catered for There's some amusing illustrations that acompany the text The main down side is that the cover was badly damaged on the front and dented on the top corners I assume it was during delivery Everything else is in good condition and the book is very readable l would highly recommend
